Bad Roguelike Game
A downloadable game
This is my terrible game with a lot of bugs and a lot of flaws. The supposed great machine is the enemies/the boss (assuming you can find it). I messed up at the beginning of development because I started in c++ and started all over in java because my c++ game engine was not working out and I rushed the rest.
Controls:
W, A, D to move, Space to jump, E to pickup weapons, LMB to attack and RMB to grapple
Other notes:
- if the map does not generates dead end where there should not be dead end then close the game then delete Map.dat in the Game directory and reopen it.
- if any other map breaking things happen then follow the instructions above
- There is so many bugs game so I'm sorry if you die because of them
-also if you try to use a save file there is a 50/50 chance of instantly dying because of enemies spawning
- try jumping and attacking to do more damage and try grappling and attacking for a lot of damage

Install instructions
1. Install zip file
2. make sure to extract it
3. run exe file and if window scale is incorrect then make sure to download a jre and run the application via run.bat

The game is very hard!
Looks like you are aware of all the issues / bugs I may have encountered. So I am not going to quote them here and abstain.
Also, I didn't have a particularly fun and sufficient experience to explore more properly in depth.
In any case, the grappling hook is interesting. In the future, add audio. And a points system.

Sucks you can't move and attack/grapple at the same time.
Thanks for playing! I was trying to make so you would have to time attacks better but it just made the controls more clunky.
